This 2522-room, 3.5-star resort has conveniences like a casino, free self parking, and a gym.
The room was fantastic and the stay was great otherwise.įountains of Bellagio is within a mile (2 km) of Rio Hotel & Casino, and other popular sites like Fashion Show Mall are within a couple of miles (3 km). After running through my head where I used my card, it came down to realizing that my card info had been stolen and was being used around the property and other areas around it. All of the sudden a few days later, I check my account online and found various transactions that I did not make at the Rio. This was the only time during my stay that I used my card at the hotel. Staff was nice, free water while waiting in line, good attitudes, etc. I paid the fees due and had an overall good check in experience otherwise.
Again, no big deal it’s policies, I get it. I eventually found it in the fine print, but some transparency would have been nice. However the part Orbitz failed to mention on the “due at property” was the $50 per night deposit. But here’s the reality… upon check in, they asked for the full amount even tho I prepaid and only had to pay the resort fees. I really wanted to share my positive experience here at the rio.
